Can any body recommend a good shoulder guard? I normally use a lycra one which has a proper clip on the surcingale but cant find another one the same anywhere. Lots seem to have velcro fastenings on the surcingale but I cant see how this lasts for any lenght of time? And do you prefer lycra or the silky ones? Thanks in advance

W'Underwear are brilliant and last around 7-10 years but onyl now available from the USA - do have a shop on ebay though - have never found anything else as good

My horse gets the worst shoulders - I have a cheapo one lycra/polyester at the moment but already I can see the beginnings of rub. I have just bought a new weatherbeeta quilted one and hoping that does the job as its a bit thicker. If that fails will try one of those ones with 2 layers.

Used all of these but the best one I have found is a bit a fleece. It hasn't lycra but does have a surcingle. I will try to look at the make for you tomorrow.
