best back supporter belt for humans??

I am hacking out more and more and for longer and longer.
Im 45 and have had 4 children and am sat here now in absolute agony - its my lower back which has been a problem for a long time but riding for a long time is really not helping thought im loathe to reduce it - I love hacking out for long rides!

So im looking at back belts but there are so many to choose from - any reccomendations for lower back pain?

No worries, I might have to order myself another one for the colder weather. It always seems to make my back worse .
