Best book for ideas on schooling with ground poles

There are a few books for sale and just wondered which ones other people have found useful. I am looking for exercises which a) Can be used in hand/on lunge b) For riding at walk, progressing to trot c) Can be set up and ridden in different combinations, for when there is no one on the ground to alter them. Thanks

I have a Claire Lilley one which I think is called schooling exercises with poles. I like it because it gives you a layout of poles then several exercises using it with progressions in each.
