hi there
i am currently looking for a new horse and have found the one i think :D going back out for a 2nd look tomorrow, it comes with a bridle but its just plain leather, not that nice bit scratched and that, it would do until i get a new one but for general everyday use for hacking etc im just going to buy cheap bridle for around £40, just wondered if anyone knew of any nice ones?

many thanks
alex

Try Dever - They are not quite THAT inexpensive, but I love the quality and have not been able to find anything in that 5ois price range thqat looks and feels and lasts lilke a much more expensive piece. I think i paid aprox £60.00 for mine (I currently have two)

The bridleway ones look really good, i produce young ones who obviously dont need the smart albion KB's like my comp horsees have, i just have a couple of the bridleway comfort head peice ones, love them! TDS does them, i use a prolite guard at the chin on the nose band as they are not crank ones with pads but that is just been puffy, they are fine without just like the pads. good luck.xx

I got a Heritage bridle as it's the only decent bridle I could find in XL for my big lad and am really pleased with it, it's a lovely bridle and very well made. Also got a matching martingale.

My old loan pony had a Heritage bridle, I liked it but it was hard to tell its quality because it was a few years old by then, but had a lot of life left in it and was apparently quite reasonably priced. For that money, you could probably get a more expensive (new) bridle second hand too. Good luck :)
