Any recommendations for cheap wellies that will take a lot of walking? My barbours have died so having to resort to my dubarrys for dog walking. They are wonderfully comfortable but don't want to ruin them. Will go for barbours again at around £60 if no one can suggest anything cheaper. They must be comfy as I walk for 1-2 hours a day with my 22lb baby in a sling over very muddy ground.

Thank you in advance, decaf coffee is about all I can offer I'm afraid.

Dunlop cheapies! bought a pair of steel toe cap ones for £15 so far so good, apparently according to our local store there one of the few brands they never get returns on and everyone raves how long they last!
Just get some of those big thick thermal socks over normal socks and feet stay toastie.

Ditto. Must have the socks or you freeze but cheap (around £12-£15) and cheerful !

Another vote for Dunlops! Not glamorous but do the job....the last few winters I have had the real cheapies, and usually last up to 18mnths before any signs of wear and tear.

I have recently bought a pair of Dunlop Puroforts - the ones with steel toecaps and insulation and so far so good.
