Best Cleaning Products to get rid of wee smell

What products are best for cleaning a ceramic tiled floor i need something that is safe for our 3 month old pup, but would love it to get rid of the smell to discourage any future toileting incidents in the same spots. Everywhere online suggests, vinegar and bicarb, but im worried my house might smell like the chippy for the next few months.
