Looking for a comfort bridle for the warmblood .Whats the best reasonable priced ones? And do they come up small/large/normal fit?
Thanks

I was recommended the heritage comfort bridle, so my OH bought it for me for my birthday earlier this year, I love it, and it seems so soft and comfy for my mare and the price is pretty good too

Yep I kno a few people who love the heritage comfort bridle. I got something almost identical by J Barclay off ebay for mine and it's really nice for everyday riding.

thought about this one too - bit cheaper but i dont like the crank [url said:

I have this bridle and it isn't a crank - well the one I have isn't! It is ok for the price, the leather was quite stiff but lots of tlc and it is now lovely and soft and the leather is actually better than I expected for the price. I got it from ebay for £35!

Try Evison Equine, they do a crank bridle with a shaped area around the ears. I have one and its lovely. English leather too.

I have been pondering on which one to get for my youngster.
currently have a elevator on my mare which i love but wanted to get something a bit different for him.
Have seen FSS ones on ebay but haven't seen many good or bad reviews on them... they look lush though!

do they really make a difference, i have been thinking on getting one but not sure if they really work as i havent tried one

Albion all the way.... but then they are twice the price of the Barnsby. I have a lovely Stubben that is now several years old in black and its a good size too. I also have a red Stubby in XFS but am selling it cos I cant get anything to match it :o)

ive been pondering this and am getting a Frank Baines.:)

Did have a look at one of those on ebay.Someone was selling as a buy it now as it was too narrow for her horse so now a bit worried if buy it on internet/ebay won't be wide enough tho mare is a average size 16.2 warmblood imo.not on now.
Current bridle is just a cheap full size that is on small size.

my pal has one on her 16.2hh WB and its lovely...

i've got a LOVELY dobert one on Raff, i don't know what size it is... anyway, it's lush. and soft and padded etc.

p.s. i'm selling a really lovely brown Heritage comfort bridle, brand new, cob size, for £45 at the moment as it didn't fit the giant headed horse it was bought for.
