Best Cooler rugs?

Premier Equine International are selling off some fleece rugs at £10. I've bought several, unfortunately before the sale & they are really good quality.

I've got a Clyst Universal that I've had for years and its the only rug I've ever bought 2 of ( she outgrew the first one). Its fantastic, fits really well and is still going after 7 years and looks as good as new.

I use the weatherbeeta polar fleece for this time of year and then when it gets colder i use a thermatex. They are both brilliant and worth the money

Thermatex rugs are wonderful when the weather is much colder - and especially on a fully clipped horse.

This time of year though, and on a horse that is maybe only blaket or trace clipped a cotton based or towling cooler is best I find.

Now I never thought I'd say it but the Lidl Fleees wick absolutely brilliantly! Will definitely be buying another couple when they next have them.

Put one on my lad last night when he was sweated up (he is clipped out but growing back), left him 30mins and when I went back out the outside of the rug had a film of water over it and he was bone dry underneath - is the best cooler I've ever had - and the cheapest!

Thernatex definately, expensive but is multipurpose and lasts for ages. Am impressed with fleeces and use one when milder but would say you cannot beat a Thermatex rug (the leg warmers are great too)
