Best cream for minor wounds?

Any suggestions?

I have Hydrogel but realise its really for under bandaging!

A friend said Derma Gel is good?

Any experiences with Lyn Russels Surgical Cream/Gel?

I personally use Gold Label Wonder Gell on most minor cuts, unless it's very wet and muddy out in the field in which case I usually root around in my box for more of a barrier cream - sudocrem is the one I usually go for.

I have, however, just bought the aerosol Cut n Heal (I think it's called). No injuries to use it on as yet but heard someone raving about it so thought I'd get some in.

I normally use Derma gel and have found it to be good. However am now trying aloe vera products and have found their stuff to be good too

Sudocream or if flies are bad, seal to heal is good for minor scrapes. I also use good old fashioned purple spray.
