An 'I love Tawny' post. I love Pen and Brandy too but Tawny is my girl.
Here she is looking for errant pheasants, although I think if she learned to drive she wouldn't need me we do make a good team. She is with me from dawn until dusk, excpet when she is sulking because I am with Pen!

Oops her head is out of focus, looked ok on my phone. You get the idea, anyway.

I love labs, I have a black and yellow and I love them both and both are fab dogs but the yellow is just my girl.

I do get all gooey over Tawny. I have ordered her full sister for next year, but will she be a Tawny replacement? It is hard as she isn't mine, she is my sons, and he wants her on the peg with him now. Not this season I told him, but he can have her next. Trouble is, she only retrieves to me.

She's gorgeous Clodagh, they all are actually, but i really like her head( i think i have a thing about heads!! i like them strong, if you know what i mean i think you should keep her and let your son have the newbie!!

I am absolutely loving my new Weim pup, he is super smart and figured out the cat flap within days , I kept finding him outside and just didn't even think he would, or even could get through it! I locked it then but it took him half a day to work out how to slide the bars and open it again!
