Best dressage saddle for a camel!!

I have a huge warmblood with a massive front end and not much behind. He has high withers and enormous shoulders and whatever saddle I put on him seems to sit uphill at the front and too low at the back. I need to buy a used dressage saddle for him and I'm wondering what type I should look out for - there must be other foreign horses out there that are this bizarre shape!! Please help!!

hmmm...not sure. just make sure its wide enough for him - you can get wide fits with cut back pommel to allow for high withers - i had a kieffer gp with this design a few years back. good luck!

Ive had a nightmare with saddle for a similar sounding warmblood - his wither is huge and long. I spent nearly £5000 on saddles last year. Have just taken delivery of a amerigo dressage saddle, i think its a pinnocle on a cortina tree, fits like a dream - love it!

My wow saddle fits a horse with that type of conformation; it's the only saddle I've ever had for him which sits level.

Alternatively get a good fitter out with lots of style, yes wows are good for that sort of thing, but difficult to find a decent fitter.
