I was thinking of making the trip for either Badminton or Burghley next year...

Strangley enough I like Chatsworth, its smaller yes but as a whole it seemed a much more enjoyable day out, bit of country fair going on, your xc, your SJ, shops, you don't have to trape miles to get to something, even my OH enjoyed it better than the the three B's

I went to Bramham for the first time this year and loved it. I have been to Badminton - only once about 8 years ago and loved it. I have been to Chatsworth twice (loved it except for traffic) and I have been to Burghley for the last 7 years and loved every year except this year. There just seemed too many people / crowds and I couldnt wait to go home. It has put me off going next year. So I vote for Bramham

I vote for bramham, even though its a little smaller in terms of shopping etc than some of the bigger events. I went to Burghley this year and hated it, its just too busy you cant even tell youre in the country side, its like watching people ride xc through central london at rush hour!!

I used to love Burghley, but after this year I may not go back! Parking officials were a nightmare, Refused to allow us to park in the disabled car park despite my father in law haing booked it in advance and shown his badge. When we tried to get someone more official to sort it out he got sarcastic, 'Oh it must be the end of the world' Then personally rude, I'm actually six months pregnant thanks!! Left us all annoyed and upset so didn't enjoy the day.

Thinking of trying Blenheim instead.
