My mare has quite a lot of energy when i warm her up but as soon as shes warmed up she just dies and goes really lazy any ideas? Thank you

Give Equine America Propell a try.
I presume she is the correct weight and not tiring because she has a bit much?

as above red cell or propell plus.
speak to your vet first before increasing high energy feeds / supplements in case there is another reason why horse is lacking in energy.
