Best fly mask with nose protection for pink nose

I have an equilibrium one for my TB which has been great. I've been using it for the past 2 summers and it is so much easier than suncream and flywipes! It fits really well with strong velcro and has plenty of room for adjustment. I like that it has a slightly padded nose and is very thin mesh so it's really light. I've never had any rubs with it and my lad happily lowers his head to have it on so I assume he finds it comfy!

Cashel - my present two and two last horses all have very large pink noses. No sunburn with the mask, but I leave it on 24 x 7 and never use sunblock.

I have had an equine premier one - came with a rug I bought. It is not bad, but the Cashel is more soft and better quality, though more expensive. I only buy this brand as I believe they are the best.

My equilibrium mask rubbed my poor horse's pink nose to the point where there was blood coming through the mesh (this was the first use after being out in it for 8 hours!) I Wouldn't put in near any horse ever again. I am now back to using factor 50 3x a day, yes his nose is a bit burnt, but at least it is not rubbed to shreds. If anybody has any other ideas how to prevent sunburn on a very pink nose I would be interested to hear them!!!!!
