Best handheld GPS for hunting?

Having just taken up hunting on Dartmoor again after (very) many years, I am just a tad wary of getting lost and ending up in a bog! So I fancy getting myself a good handheld GPS. Problem is that I am torn between the Memory Map 3500, the Garmin 450 (which are both touch screen) and the Satmap Active 10 (which is not). They all support 1:25k OS mapping, ideal for the moor. Any views?

Am such a numpty, I never even knew there was handheld GPS out there! I always say I need a horsey sat nav as I have such a terrible sense of direction. I've tried google maps but it tends to get frustrated with me going over fields and is always trying to direct me to the nearest main road or motorway (even when I tell it I'm 'on foot'). Need an 'on horseback' version :)

Well I think I've found the one! It's the Garmin Etrex30 - great package for £230 from GPStraining (www.gpstraining.co.uk) who also include online training and training days so you can actually use the thing properly!! Presumably they have numpty days?? Take a look - it's whole new world ... This GPS is, by the way, vert tough, fully waterproof and it bounces! Cool.
