horsey's feet are very bad atm, I am thinking about trying a hoof suppliment for him, but which one is best?

Hoof Power plus by Equine America, I put my chap on Fibre Care (it is a compound feed made by Falcon Feeds) it has Hoof Power Plus mixed into it and Biotin etc in it so saves buying seperate supplement and is just a lo cal, high fibre feed and sorts out the feet too at only £7.95 a sack.

I've used Hoof Maker for the last year and M's feet are so much better. It's hard to tell if it's that, his feed which already has added biotin or the fact that I have a good farrier out regulary, but I don't want to take him off it, even though it's £50 for 2 months!

I'm afraid you are going to have to try them all until you find the one that works for your horse. I have used most of the above and not had a lot of success until now. I am using Newmarket Hoof Supplement and Naf Hoof Moist when I ride and Cornucresent if she has a day off. The combination is working really well and her feel are looking great. Another good tip is to try and get her to stand in a bucket of water for 10 mins a day, the hoof drinks what it needs in this dry weather. Good luck xxx

I find I get just as good a result from using Benevit & alfalfa. Mind you he could be a bit unusual since it seems all the hoof supplements upset his stomach to some degree & so he probably doesn't get the full benefit from them.
