Hello. Anyone got a really good case for their iPhone for riding? Ideally I think I need something tough, waterproof and with a strap/clip so that it doesn't fall if I drop it. If I could find something tough enough to attach to a d ring so that I didn't have to rummage in my pocket for it that would be perfect.

Thanks

Otterbox - its not waterproof but splash proof, has a belt catch. Unfortunately its not cheap but my husband swears by his.

I got a builders case from eBay less than a fiver and great not got a clip bet drop and waterproof.

Better to attach to you in case you fell off and the horse legged it?

Glad you asked as I am gutted I bought some new Jodhs with a pocket which I checked fitted my iphone but stupidly not while I was wearing them and now I've had them on I've discovered it digs into my leg so can't use the pocket for it

But my old jodhpurs with the old fashioned little pocket inside, it fits perfectly. Not ideal tho so look forward to seeing the suggestions :)

All the reviews seem to say an otter box defender is the ultimate. There is something called a pelican, but not sure if you can use the phone in the box other than with headphones.

Definately the Griffin Defender! Has got a strong clip plus it is pretty waterproof, you can drop it on the floor, chuck it across the yard, almost anything and it will still be ok. Has a screen protector too. Look online and you will find a video for it. Great product and would not be without mine

I have an Otterbox Defender and really rate it. I drop mine all the time and it protects it well. Following a nasty accident one night I lost it. Found it the next day in a grass verge (via use of 'find iphone' app - make sure you download that!!) none the worse for wear. It's not waterprof but is splashproof. I never use the clip.....it stays in a pocket. Was about £15 I think.

I have an Otterbox Defender and love it. It's so tough.
If I'm not riding with a jacket with a pocket I keep my phone and keys in a bumbag round my waist when I'm out.

I second the griffin survivor case. It comes in two layers, plastic then is enclosed in a really strong rubber case. It comes with a plastic screen protector too.
I had an otterbox for my old phone, but it didn't have the same feature of the protective screen.
