Best long waterproof riding coat

Hi, I am looking for recommendations for long, waterproof riding coats... The ones that cover the top of your legs and knees when it is raining. My sister would like one for xmas. I have one but not very impressed with it as always seems to ride up and I still get wet legs!

She is always cold so looking for a warm one 😊

This one looks similar to ones I used to have, but beware in the wind and don't use in the woods!
