I previously had a devoucoux jumping saddle for my old horse but unfortunately it doesn't fit my current horse so it had to be sold. I'm now looking for a second hand monoflap jumping saddle, budget of up to around £1300-1500, for a 16.1 dutch warmblood. What would people recommend as the best types of saddle instead of a devoucoux which are likely to be sold second hand for around that price?

Will want it to see me up to BE Novice level as well without having to buy a dressage saddle.

Thank you!

You could get a second hand Wow for that price and probably be able to afford some dressage flaps too, if you could be bothered with the faff of changing them. A lot of the Wow fitters will come and tell you what you need so you can go and find the parts yourself, and then they'll come back and put it all together for you later on. A very flexible fit for you and your horse and completely adjustable if the horse changes shape. Appreciate this might not be what you had in mind in your original question though.

I had an Exselle monoflap which sadly was too narrow (advertised as MW but was M) I rode my other horse in it for a bit, rather luxuriously for a horse that only hacks, before selling it - and it was lovely. A second hand one would easily be in that price range.

Most comfortable saddle I've ever ridden in was an Amerigo Vega (mine wasn't monoflap but they do exist). Second hand about £1000.
