Best no rinse shampoo out there???

I am clipping my horse next weekend but he is really scurfy and needs a bath but don't have access to hot water other than a kettle.
What i was thinking of doing was mixing cold water with hot water and using a no rinse shampoo in that way its quick easy and he wont have to have a cold hose on him.
As my thoughts are its to cold to bath him with cold water.
Can anyone recommend a really good no rinse shampoo that does clean the horse?

I use Natural Equine's warm sloshwash on my grey. It smells fab and gets the stains off.

I'd use some Lavendar Wash with a slosh of Dettol in a bucket of 'as hot as you can take it' water, get plenty of those microfibre cloths. Soak the cloth, wring it right out, then scrub at the horse. It should get all the scurf and dirt off, with most of the grease which may interfere with clipping, without soaking the horse and he'll dry off very quickly.
