But their stock levels are rarely up to date. When I ordered a coat in the sale ('last one'! it said) they then apologised to say it was out of stock. It was still listed on their website 2 months later. Had similar problem with Naylors.
It's particularly annoying if you're the type of person (I am) who then buys other items to top up the order to get free postage - of course they are not the things you really wanted, and yes of course they all dó arrive.
So for me a good online tack shop includes one where stock levels are reliable and postage efficient - I've found Redpost good, also Eileen Douglas.
