Best place for fly rugs for small horses/ponies?

My new mare is very petite and I've measured her as needing a 5'3" rug. The smallest my local physical tack shops go to is 6', so I'm going to need an online solution.

Any recommendations?

Don't get a Gallop fly rug for a small pony. I got one for my 12.2 & it's not deep enough in the body, it only just comes as far as the top of his elbow.

The Sweet Itch Hoody (Rambo) and Shires Sweet Itch Combo both go right down to 4'9". The bug rugs (Amigo) also go to 4'9", but I don't rate them. Lightweight, yes. Robust, definitely not.
