As title, theyre Liveryman Harmony battery clippers, i clipped the lad today and they aren't cutting properley so i need somewhere to send them, wheres the best, cheapest place to get them done?

Also, on the clippers there is 2 power settings and the 1st works but the 2nd doesnt, they were working fine until i switcvhed them off and on again, then it was just the 1st setting what worked

Any ideas would be fab :)

I had a similar problem with my clippers, my first setting stopped working. As they were under a year old I returned them to AgriHealth under warranty and they mended the problem free of charge.

I also send my blades to AgriHealth for sharpening, I have found their service really good and they aren't too expensive.

I send mine to Clippersharp every year. Reasonable price, fast turnaround time, can't fault them. Re the "low" setting, check the connection socket with the battery pack, could be that. Then I'd remove the blades and try a brief buzz with the low switch. If it doesn't work at all, it's gotta be the switch (assuming charge in battery pack). If it does work when the blades aren't in place it could be that your blades aren't correctly seated. Re-attach the blades making sure they click into place properly and completely. No idea apart from that as mine have never given me a moments problem except the time I threw them at my attitudinal gypsy cob in a towering temper at her stupid behaviour. I forgot they were, of course, still attached to the battery pack clipped to my waist so they only went about 2 feet then swung round and smashed into the floor and the blades came off. Counted slowly to 1,000,000, re-attached blades, finished clipping! I think Clippersharp do repairs too but you'd be advised to get a quote first in case the repair would cost more than new clippers!

Thanks very much BOF, very helpful! I shall be sending the blades to clippersharp in the new year then :) and I'll have a go at getting the fastest power going!
It was strange, I had only turned them off for a few seconds, turned them on and they didn't work so I ended up tidying up whatever I had started on the lowest power, quite hard on the wooly cob!!

I sent my to Sheareze (sp?) they were recommended on the BD forum :) You print off a freepost label and they were very reasonable price wise. I sent my off the week before christmas, not too worried if they weren't back til new year, but they were back within the week!! Very impressed considering the time of year and Royal Mail!!
