Best place to advertise a cockerel?

The lady I get fertilised eggs from used to take back the cockerels I hatched but she has moved away and become very difficult to contact. I have one lovely full grown lavender Araucana boy hatched in June last year - where would be the best place to advertise him? Thanks.

Have you any Araucana hens from a different batch? You could consider selling as a breeding trio.

Some people have bachelor groups of cockerels too - they make wonderful pets and are quite alright with each other without ladies to fight over.

We kept our cockerels, as they grew up with dad and each other, they got along fine, but we did have a plan B (bachelor group). There is a rehoming group on FB for cockerels, too. What happens to them back with your egg source?

I think she uses them for breeding or sells them - she will have a really good network. She breeds all sorts of rare types.

Side note but can you control sex ratios with temperature and humidity during incubation or is that not a thing in chickens? It is in other animals & very effective

It's purely genetic in birds (and mammals).
