As title really, I have tired Horsemart and had a couple of phone calls, people are v interested until i tell them how far north we are - no one seems wants to travel to look at him. I have also tried H&H online, but no luck there either. Its very frustrating!! Where else would you suggest? I am thinking about horse quest but think i will have the same problem!

Try local riding club websites, it depends what type of horse you are selling really. Ive advertised on them and sold one also on preloved aswell. whereabouts in cumbria are you?

I'm based in Carlisle, I was going to try the PC website, but he is 16.3 so maybe to big for younger people. Does anyone know how popular scottish + northern equestrian magazine is?
Our riding club doesn't really have a great website at the moment but could try the other riding clubs around here.

put it on the CFHN Pony Club Website (my pony club :D) and the CFHS pony club website,

i know people my age (17) who ride 16.3's you could also try riding clubs like john peel riding club and caldew,

also WCF on rosehill ind. estate they have a board you can advertise on, and also slacks equestrian supplies at penrith you could advertise there or blackdyke/greenlands ect
