Hi guys, well after just returning from my 2 week holiday, it's time to get my new boy sold.
I don't know if any of you remember but i came off a friends horse 4 weeks ago and my confidence has totally gone! (After just buying my new horse) He is an ex racer. So i have decided it is best for him if he goes, I am doing him no good, i am so nervous around him, he needs to be ridden and out there doing it all, all he is getting at the mo is groomed every day, it's just no good for him at all! I don't want a lot for him, as long as i get what i paid for him i will be happy, a good home is more important, so he will be very reasonably priced, failing that i may think about putting him on loan for 3 months with a view to buy.
I can't stop beating myself up about it! I am going to stick to my 2 mini shets until my confidence comes back (if it ever does!) So sorry to moan and groan but just needed to get iit off my chest and to see if there are any particular sites which cater for selling ex racers?
Thanks Kate x

If he needs bringing back into work, or is still in any stage of retraining, there is always the Project Horses website... just means that people looking on there are prepared for a bit of a challenge and won't sniff at any quirks he has going on.

usually very hard to sell exracers i had mine advertised for over a year and still had no luck then put him out on loan which was a total disaster he is 16hh and 6 years old i found horse and hound to be the best place to advertise though
