I have a lovely little 3.5ton van that I really need to sell and I'm just not getting the right sort of people ringing up about it.
Its in excellent condition, only 10 years old and has never broken down. Compared to a lot of vans that you see at shows its really lovely. The only downside is that with 6ft4 headroom its only suitable for horses up to 15.2hh. I didn't think that we'd have a problem selling it, there are loads of people with ponies and small horses who compete but we don't seem to be attracting them. The only viewing we've had so far said it was too small as her 15hh needed at least 7ft2 headroom. Now unless her pony was part giraffe this seems unlikely but then some people are like that....
Any tips on where to advertise? Have tried horsemart, ebay, preloved and stable talk. Wondered about putting it on the Pony Club website but don't want to keep spending money on adverts that no-one looks at.
