After a LOOOOOOONG time of looking for a brown hi-wither GPD in an 18" seat (why are these like gold dust?), I finally found one last night within my budget!!!
It's coming with the black medium gullet but from past experiences with Thorowgood saddles, the medium is slightly too wide for Hattie so I'll need the green medium/narrow gullet. However, after owning Wintecs in the past, I was shocked to see how expensive the Thorowgood gullets are compared to the Wintec ones!!
I don't mind second hand but on ebay and preloved, all there seems to be in my price range are wide size ones or the medium one which I have. The new ones get expensive once you add postage on top.
Does anyone have a R type green med/narrow gullet they wish to sell or know of any tack shops/websites that sell them at a good price?
