Looking for suggestions for good websites to buy cheap rugs.
I'm in need of a couple more stable rugs for my boy to see him through the winter (which seems to be quite bitter already!)
He is a rug destroyer so I don't want to be paying an arm and a leg for rugs which will probably only see one winter.

Thanks

obilicious, i definitely classify £20 as cheap, rugs are so expensive!
am i right in thinking there has been some issues with derby house delivery and customer service?

ok good just checking ! lol!
a lot of people have said that however last week i ordered two rugs in the sale and they came in 2 days.

I was going to recommend swish and hope valley too. It's also worth keeping an eye out on ebay if you know what brands suit your horse - I've sold some lovely new rugs on there for a fraction of the price they were new, and have seen plenty of bargains x

I've bought from Equestrian clearance in past and as long as you're not fussy about colours or latest styles, you can get good deals. Also have a Derby House rug. Didn't have any problems with delivery and although rug warm and waterproof, the buckles are cheap and most have broken. I've had my best deals though in the local tack shops at the end of seasons - got stable rug for £10 once!

Equestrian Clearance or Swish Equestrian. If you want basic turnouts too then I really recommend Axiom turnouts which can be found only on eBay. The only rug our rug-trasher hasn't ripped is his Axiom and they are affordable, tough and a nice fit in my opinion.

Personally I would steer WELL clear of Derby House. If you Google them you will find a lot of bad press about them which is true according to my own experiences.
