Best place to buy fencing

Following on from my thread about weeds management, I need to obtain some fencing in order to section off the field while I spray it.

Was hoping I would be able to get some second hand or borrow some but I'm hitting a brick wall so I'm giving up and buying some new. I'm not going to bother electrifying it as it is just temporary so I literally only need the posts and tape/wire.

Just wondering where is the best place to buy from? I want to spend as little as possible but am happy to pay slightly more if the really cheap stuff is useless. Is is better to go for tape or wire? Is there anything else I will need?

I use the electric fencing rope from ukcountrystore on Ebay, worked out half the price of what I could buy at local agricultural merchants, quick delivery recieved it next day.
 
Thanks guys, I think farmcareuk was actually one of the sellers I found on ebay at a very good price so good to hear a recommendation for them :)
 
This is going to sound very dumb but how do I get the tape nice and tight? Is there a special tool I have to use? The fence will just be one straight line going from one side of our field to the other...
