best place to look for safe all rounder

Hi all

A friend of mine is looking for a safe and sane 13.2 - 14.2 pony for her teenage daughter. Now we are looking, we can't find any, especially reasonably priced or full loan. Where's the best place to look that is fairly local to the Peterborough area? Any recommendations?
