As mine has barely been used and the horse I bought it for has now died I am thinking of selling my Equissage.

I have the back pad which has been used about 10 times and the hand held unit that has never been used.

Where is best to sell it and what kind of price should I ask? Also should it be sold separately or as a package.

Thanks

How much did you pay for it if you don't mind me asking?

I tend to sell second hand stuff about two thirds to a half of what I paid for it new. even if its barely used. Mind you how my sister got my immaculate £800 Kings saddle off me for £300 doesn't quite add up...

Ooh would you be kind enough to pm me if you do sell yours, as I have one that I bought for older, stiff horse that is now retired, so I keep meaning to sell it but don't know how much for so would be interested to know.

I still use the hand-held one, but not the back one, so I would sell separately and maybe that way more people would be interested. Have you thought of eBay? I have seen one or two on there but not looked for ages. Cheers!

Gingernags - this is the problem I bought a whole package - the carssage (still in the box), hand held unit (still new in box) and the back pad (which has only been used about 10 times) for £3000. I think that the carssage was about £700 which would make the back pad and hand held unit £2300 ish but I have no idea which is worth more and how to split it.

I guess I could try and call equissage but they are so difficult to speak to as they just want to come out and show the machines - that's how I ended up with them!!
