I only seem to come on here when i want something these days, so I apologise in advance. However I have a saddle that i need to sell.
As you all know my boy is sold and I am left with a nearly new Albion 17.5" VSD (working hunter/show/gp) in XW.
I bought this saddle not so long ago and it has been sat on approx 20 times (doesnt even have stirrup scuffs) so the problem is I cant find any on net to compare prices and they have now come down in price to £1100 new from £1275 - so my questions are
No1 Where best to sell and
No2 How much?
 
I sold a beautiful english leather GP saddle recently on ebay and only got £85 for it i was gutted! Yoiu could try it on there but make sure you put a reserve on!
 
The world and his wife seems to be trying to sell and saddle at the mo!! I'm sure its because I put on on the market lol!

I've put my on loads of web sites e.g preloved, freeads ect and not one phone call. Also I've put cards up in local tack shops and feed store but still nothing.
Need to sell as need to buy new saddle for new pony. I brought mine nine moths ago and have only ridden in it 4 times I'm not asking the earth either!!
 
I bought an albion as my cob had 6 new saddles in 3 years i was sick to death of losing money on them, thinking albions would hold there value! It will rot in the cellar before i let it go for £85 not to mention hopefulyl with it being an xw i'm hoping the supply and demand thing will give me a bit more for it!

I'm not ebaying it thats for sure, i sold a beautiful english leather made to measure show saddle like new and they charged me £66 and wouldnt give me money till customer had left feedback?? Whats all that about
 
could you not put it in a tack shop for them to sell it for you second hand you will prob get the best price for it selling it that way
