Looking for some new gloves, any recommendations? I normally just use the really cheap grip ones but want some nice ones that will last longer! prefer ones I could use in winter and summer, but not sure if that is possible!

Not the ones designed for using a touch screen. They slip! So far I've dropped the girth and stirrup leather when making adjustments whilst mounted. Not much grip on leather reins either. Bought then because I like lightweight gloves and had lost my Treadstep ones.. Mistake.

Roeckl every time! I love their croc skin effect grip gloves for xc so also invested in some of their summerweight gloves with micromesh panels for daily riding a few weeks back, they are worth every penny! Super duper comfy, keep my hands cool, have good grip, and look smart!

These ones are the ones I have and my faves for summer, but all Roeckl gloves are good! :)

I've just brought a pair of Woof Wear event gloves, supper thin, super light weight and mega grippy. I also have a pair of Neuman gloves which are incredibly grippy but a bit thicker.
For winter I just brought a pair of silk glove liners that are thin enough to wear under riding gloves without effecting the feel, they make a huge difference though :)

My SSG technical gloves are wonderful! I was looking at macwets after someone recommended them to me and the SSG were not only cheaper than some of the others (less than £20) I found them a better fit (I have short fingers and find most gloves very uncomfortable) they have worn really well and I am over the moon with them!

These are the ones I have

MacWets - I love mine.

I have a pair of Roeckl that I wear for dressage and despite only being used occasionally, they are falling apart so I wouldn't recommend for everyday use.

roeckl! i have 4 pairs (3 normal and 1 thick insulated for winter) i wouldnt buy anything else they feel like second skin. they arent the longest lasting but they are so good i dont mind replacing them haha

I use and abuse Roeckls, both winter and summer weight. Have been very impressed with Ariat winter tech grips. Had and lost some summer weight mac wets but the velcro kept eating the mesh backs so looked like the cat had ate them. I never did find them so can't comment on how long they's have lasted!!

Another vote for SSG technical :) Love mine, have had them for over a year now, and I ride 5-6times a week in all weathers and my horse can be extremely strong and yank out the reins out my hands, so they get a lot of use and have been tested quite well. And they are still looking like new, no wear at all. They are soooo grippy that horse hasn't succeeded in ripping reins out my hands much at all, and they are also thin so it almost feels like putting on second layer of skin. I just love them :)
