Best rug for square pony

As title, except hopefully I will remember to measure her in the morning. I need a lightweight stable rug for a 13.2 Welsh C, built like the proverbial! Any recommendations?

i always use rambo rugs on my square pony, the amigo are ok aslong as your has not got massive shoulders sometimes have to go up a size in these to get the shoulders in. Just bought a rambo from 24tack they seem to have a good selection and prices were ok

Fal...my 13hh square pony has had the same one for the last 7 yrs. Doesn't move an inch nor rub and is tough as old boots

Friends Welsh C chubster has a Cuddly ponies rug and that fits well just to add another to the mix. They are reasonably cheap though. I have one for my welsh a and its a good, well made rug but came up a bit small.

FAL suit the correct square conformation that a pony has. not the cheapest initially but cheapest long term. i have FAL s that are 12 years plus and still wash and reproof like new! Cheap rugs are false economy as you will be in this situation in 2 years time. dont you just love your comfey pyjamas?

I beg to differ! FAL fit neither of my square ponies....14hh cob and a welsh D, neither do they fit my sec C - the only things FAL's seem to fit are TB types.....I buy weatherbeeta or mark todd.
