I use an Inky Dinky but then my little boy is only 3, only rides occasionally, and is on a 13.2hh with me leading solo, no helpers. I've no ambition for him to do anything other than enjoy a little ride now and again so it's comfortable and safe.

We tend to end up with show type saddles with as much knee roll as I can find! Not really through choice though, it’s just hard to find much else in smaller sizes! Last saddle was a lovatt and rickets 13” which was beautiful. Now onto a Lorimer WH which is lovely 😊
Do you know what you’re looking for?

Sorry should say my daughter is 7 and the pony requires a 15” wide fit (she’s a sticky leg in each corner type)

We have been recommended to use a showing saddle but that’s not my personal preference, but I’m wondering if that’s because as an adult I feel differently?

The ethos being a show cut will let her leg sit closer, but I’d rather her be plugged in to a real GP type!

I’ve heard lots of people liking the thorogood (I think?) pony club endorsed saddles- they come in 15” I think.
