Best Supplement to help with coughing ?

Due to the weather and waterlogged fields my TB now has to come in at night. He has developed a little cough which he has had now and then from coming in. I am soaking his hay is there any supplements you would recommend that may help ?

I had good results with two horses with wynergy ventilate they were competion horses who would both cough a few times when starting work it stopped them both although one still coughed now and again after a longish journey.

Have you tried feeding the hay from the floor? That sorts our problems out mostly
