Hello
I am trying to find the best surface for a corral! I want to put in hard standing area for the winter, that my youngsters can go in over night instead of a stable, to get them out of the mud and wet.
I know of people who have used road planings and limestone, but I wondered if anyone has any pros/cons of a surface they have used? It needs to drain so will be on top of a membrane, and am planning to have a round pen in the middle to work the horses in. I also would like to know how you built it to encourage drainage?
Thanks in advance!
