as title suggests, looking to sell my 3.5t lorry once it's had it's MOT in Sept.. would it be best to sell it then or wait til early spring next year? or does it not make any difference?

I would say that you should sell it in September, as you will be selling it with a full years MOT
Also, if people are looking for one for the hunting season it would be a good time. OK, you will get people in the spring wanting one for the show season, but for a lot of people, not having to worry about the MOT for a year can be a decider.
