Best tool/way of picking poo from a Flexiride arena

I've had Fleixride on my arena for a few months which was fine with my two horses who never poo in the school. The pony however is another story, she does at least 3 every ride and I'm finding it really difficult to pick up with a poop scoop as the Flexiride sticks to the poo.

Does anyone have a solution to this irritating problem? I'm assuming gloves but thought I'd see if anyone has an easy solution/different tool.

We had this problem at my old yard .. We had two hand/ mini rakes .. Hard to explain and picked dropping up with them..kind of scooped it up between the two mini rakes ..that's how they did it at the nationals too
