Best type of bridle to reduce sweat marks

Does anyone know of a bridle or bridle material which will wick away sweat?

There seem to be lots of technical materials around but I have not heard of any bridles or bridle materials that claim to reduce sweat marks.

Well maintained leather is the best. What is the problem with a few sweat marks, they sponge off really easily?

i agree, they don't do any harm to just sponge/wet cloth off.....

Leather is always best. Unpadded is better than padded as padded headpieces/nosebands usually have synthetic foam in them, which encourages sweating. Using sheepskin noseband sleeves etc. can reduce sweat, but would probably be a bit of overkill...

I have to clip my boys face in winter as he is quite itchy, I have a zilco bridle so I can sponge off with the bridle on.
