Best under-rug??????

What is the best under-rug that you have found? I am looking for something that can go under a TO and a stable. I don't want it to be too warm - so not 250g duvet or anything. I need something lighter than this, but not something that will stretch at the neck and put pressure on the withers the way a termatex would.

Has anyone tried the comfort zone giraffe rug which goes over their head? No x circingles so was worried about it slipping.

I've got the weatherbeta one too, but I'm considering getting something to cover his clipped tummy.

I like the dress circle one - but why so small???? It says for WB to go up a size so in reality the biggest they do is 6'6 to 6'9. Will fit my baby now though - but maybe not next year!!!!

Hollycat, I have the comfort zone giraffe in an XL and that just fits my 6'9 warmblood. It also gets quite full of static when you stick a nylon lined turnout over the top

I have the XL hoodless sherpa and its huge - more like a 7ft 3", its actually way to big for my horse that normally wears 6ft9"!

I agree with the Weatherbeeta one ... I am very impressed with mine .... it looks like this, but mine is burgundy

I have the Mark Todd full neck one. It's not particularly thick so I just layer it up with the appropriate stable rug on top.

I have the weatherbeta its fantastic, I wouldnt put it under a T.O though I'd just put another T.O rug on!

the extra large sherpa rug is big! i have one for my 16.3 chunky warmblood who has a big chest & neck ( not cut til he was gone 4 ) & there is room to spare

I have a cheap and cheerful aerborn one

£15 in the sale... but if money was no option I would have had the fal pro one with the waterproof belly part
