I'm looking to invest in some decent mud and water busting boots for Winter as my Mudruckers have split so sadly need to go. These have lasted me years but I've heard they're not made the way they used to and now don't last long at all.
Currently I'm relying on some £10 wellies I have as back ups but looking at how long it took me to get the feeling back in my feet today I think it's time to sort this out!

Anyone have any good suggestions as to what to buy that will be waterproof, keep my feet warm and won't break the bank? Quite like the look of the Ariat Mudbusters but eager to get people's thoughts :-)

Im under strict instructions not to buy anything so cose to Xmas so im having to put up with my boots that have holes the sides  Will never buy Shires boots again!

I've just out a few types of snow boots on my Xmas list. As long as they are warm and dry wtih good grip im happy for cheap and cheerful because i ride in boots or jod boots and half chaps anyway :)

I got some cabotswood country boots before winter. REALLY good value, comfortable and warm, still only wearing a thin pair of socks and my feet are never cold :)

Nice to ride in too on the few occasions i have ridden in them
