Best waterproof chaps/riding trousers for the long legged

Planning for winter!

I cannot seem to find waterproof warm chaps that come in my size. I've got long legs (34") and I am a size 12 waist... Is there any out there??

Help keep my cosy and dry in the winter please!!!
