Best way to ease back into riding?

I haven't ridden since the end of August and am riding this Friday.

The thing is, I'm going out on a fast hack. Off road for 95% of it, going XC route through woods, the long gallop stretches ect ect.

Not the best idea for the first ride in over a month I know.

So, does anybody have any exercises I can do at home to get a bit more fit to ride.

just stretch off every day make sure u stretch all your muscles but dont over stretch otherwase you will do youself some damage x have fun on friday
