I've been given an old stubben dressage saddle, but it hasn't been looked after at all for the last few years and the leather has gone hard etc. it seems to be in good condition apart from that, all complete and tidy apart from being stiff, looks like it was just chucked on a saddle rack and left.. I've evicted two spiders already :p I'm going to get my saddler to check its all sound for me but does anyone have any tips on how to supple up the leather again? I'd love if it could be restored to useable condition as it is seems to be exactly what I was looking for.

Get in touch with Cremedemonthe on here - not sure if I spelled that correctly  - he knows what he's about when it comes to all things saddle leather :D

I bought some beeswax stuff from a French market about 12 years ago, never seen the like of it here, but if you can track some down, I recommend it!
