Best way to tidy new hairs after clipping?

My horse was clipped out in Dec and has had little regrowth except her neck, face and belly.
I want to tidy her up, but there's not a real coat to clip. Can I use trimmers? Fine blade clippers quickly over the clipped hair?
Other? Thanks in advance, I normally pay for her to be done but seems little point unless its a real clip?!

Is it just cat hairs?

Get come extra course blades (A7) which will take off those but leave the underneath. If you use fine blades you will have to reclip the whole body.

I have some cordless clippers (wide blades) that I just quickly whip over them. My old horse is the worst for cat hairs!

No idea what cat hairs are, but these are long ginger whisps!
