There are some fabulous products on the horsey market, but whats happens when you spend over £3k on a product and it breaks?
I bought the Lifepower Magentic Rug from the german chap Holger Beckman. Initially the Lifepower system was amazing and the aftercare was good.

Now I have over twenty emails to and from Holger Beckman and many missed MONTHS of not being able to use this expensive piece of equipment.

He seems to have outsourced the service to an elusive chap called Wolfgang.

It is very frustrating!

Any one else had nightmares?

Depends how long you've had it, suggest contacting the equivalent of Trading Standards both in the country where you are domiciled and where you bought it from.

btw this post may not stay very long. Naming and shaming isn't welcomed here.

One gets extremely frustrated when one's expensive kit breaks.
Just a little bit of advice here ;) Drop the International Event Rider signature, it's not really the done thing here, neither is naming and shaming.

I hate rubbish customer service, i purchased an exercise sheet off a not so ''polite'' company, it arrive with poor stictching, some coming apart and black marks. The owner called my home number ranting down the phone about how i was too picky ......
Have you tried your local trading standards ? If you have legal cover on your horse insurance you could try getting advise from them due to the cost of the item.

good move! We are going to have lots of fun here together.
I'm not normally that stroppy, but there was a serious undertone in my post - customer service should be good for everybody, regardless of their credentials :)
