BHS Tests???

hi i dont know weather anyone could help but it would be very much appreciated if you could.

i was wondering what is the cheapest way to get my qualifications for BHS and what each stage meant and it probably is on the website somwhere but i am hopeless at finding stuff and am finding it impossible to find so if any one knows what each stage means and which stage it is that youu become a qualified riding instructer is i would be greatfull for your help.

If you work at a yard and do an NVQ you get the BHS exams paid for you. If you go to college to do them alone it costs in the region of £900 per course then the exam fees on top of around £140 a time.
You need at least stage 1 and 2 and the PTT to be able to teach.

thankyouu for your help and just to be a pain do you have to be above a certain age to do these tests??

Yes, 14 for stage one, 17 for two and it goes up from there!

You need to be 18+ to take the teaching certificate.
