, in the winter my horse rubs her chest alot where the rug has been and the wither pads really rubs her wither after a while as it slips back

my horse suffered with the same thing! I tried loads of bibs on the market and finally last winter we had success with a 'bossy bib'. It worked a treat - quite expensive but it really did work for my mare. Good luck.

Another vote for Bossy's Bibs! I think they do a deal if you buy more than one too, which I'd definitely advise as you need a spare whilst you are washing the other one! They dry super quick too. I've had mine for a couple of years now, and not damaged or looking worn. They are brilliant!
